Our female shopkeeper got her training from Shirakawa ramen "Hide" and runs this shop where you can eat handmade ramen. The clear soup is made from chicken and pork bones, and blends perfectly with sturdy springy, wavy noodles. We top it with boiled egg, pickled bamboo shoots, spiraled slices of fish cake, spinach, braised pork, laver, etc. Our handmade ramen has a delicious, simple taste!
