We have soba, naturally, but it tastes even better with a tempura rice bowl that really whets the appetite!
Our soba comes in different sizes and is easy to eat, and we are picky about using Nagano flour.
The tempura of garland chrysanthemum leaves is wonderfully crunchy.
We have lots of fans coming for our easy-to-eat soba.
Ramen is a popular item in Shirakawa, but soba is tasty as well, so please visit us if you are in the area!
