We use tonkatsu sauce with special sarunashi juice (a special product of Tamagawa).
It makes for a great aftertaste.Like the taste of demi-glace sauce!
We are also particular about the ingredients we use, like SPF pork (raised without certain bacteria)!
Kindly try the katsudon with our own special sauce!
Besides this cutlet rice bowl, we have curry and ramen on our extensive menu.
