This shop boasts firm handmade noodles and a selection of five kinds of chicken from all over Japan that we use in our soup.
Just as you get off of Nakamachi Street, you will see the entrance to our shop right away.
At lunchtime we are crowded with customers and very lively.
We suggest you try the wonton noodles!
Wonton ingredients are rolled into a ball, and put into the skin, and twisted into a bag.
Every morning we spend five hours making noodles.
Ours is the taste of true Shirakawa ramen, so please try some!
