Our cafe prepares a wide range of dishes including Japanese soba, udon, ramen, set meals, and a cafe menu. All of our carefully handmade soba is 100% buckwheat.
We have two kinds of Shirakawa ramen: salt and spicy taste ramen. For our spicy ramen we blend 14 kinds of spicy ingredients to get the ramen we desire. The set meals include an extra-large serving of salad and rice.
