Since we started in 1999, our aim has been to offer safe and tasty food so diners become healthy, and with heartfelt care we continue to create a friendly feeling.
We don’t use white sugar, eggs, dairy products etc. or other animal products; only materials that are good for the body. (The only exception is the use of Hiruzen Jersey butter for our croissants and brandy fruitcake.)

“Tamanegi (onion) Bagel”
There is plenty of transparent caramelized onion in these bagels making them sweet, and the dough is nice and chewy.
We use “Koboshiyu Yeast” in “banana walnut scones”. The underside is like a cookie and a little thick so the bite has a nice crunch and gives a light crunchy feeling when you chew.

We choose ingredients with a lot of natural energy in them, because we think you can enjoy the taste of plain ingredients without damaging your body with bad food.
