A homemade braised pork ramen shop along Route 4!
Chashu-men is our item most in demand. We use boneless rib, inner thigh meat, and rib eye of Hayamakozan pork; three kinds of braised pork to enjoy.
Shirakawa ramen is particular about serving handmade noodles that are so chewy and smooth to swallow that you can't stop eating!
We use chicken bone base soup stock, back fat, kelp etc.
Materials are carefully added at different times during the preparation.
