For more than a hundred years we have been making soy sauce, using high quality ingredients to create pickles with our family's traditional secret taste.
Shirakawa Plateau is a treasure trove of vegetables, and the bitterly cold temperature blowing in from Nasu is well suited to brewing soy sauce and miso with a traditional Shirakawa taste.
The vegetables are immersed in the soy sauce for about two years letting the flavor permeate them, and we feel everyone is completely satisfied with the result.
We urge you to get some as a souvenir and to eat with tea or sake.
