This shop thinks, “We want to make our customers overjoyed”, and so, besides frequenting local farmer’s markets, we go all the way to Tsukiji and Kyushu to get good things for them. We have over 80 varieties of things to place on our sushi!
We pay attention to cleanliness, and it is our first concern, so customers can feel at ease as they feast. We always think about the environment, and our shop got the “Prefectural Governor’s Prize” for this.
*Cleanliness is our shop’s catchword, and it has three sections: complete cleaning, management of hygiene, and sanitation.
We have a counter, and three 6-person booths that make this popular with families.
We opened 35 years ago, and since then have continued the taste of Yachiyo for your eating pleasure, certainly.
