This was built in 1883 as the Nishishirakawa County Seat, then moved and rebuilt in Nanko Park as a Meiji Era Memorial Building.
27 years later it opened as a café.
“Lamp Café” is a café that is very quiet inside. As you enter, you might think this is not real, because there is a nostalgic feeling everywhere in the large space.
It is our objective at “Lamp café” to make all customers, whether alone or many, happy and filled with emotion.
The cake set for 1050 yen lets you chose your drink and cake; ice cream and cream puffs are served together on one plate! Being able to choose or change the cake you want is a real bargain.
