During the day at lunchtime we offer set meals and ramen. At night, we are a shop offering snacks to enjoy with sake, like wild vegetables, mushrooms, river fish, etc.

Almost all of our foodstuffs are locally produced.
We are particular about "Our shop's products being all natural and handmade."
From wild vegetables to iwana (char), yamame (landlocked trout salmon), ayu (sweetfish), tanishi (pond snails) etc.; the owner obtains everything himself.
Certainly enjoy all these things from nature's bounty.

We have a large menu of things using fresh ingredients from all seasons.
