More than 20 years ago, a noodle-maker built up his confidence to start this shop here. From the Nasu mountain range snowmelt, water flows into the headwaters of the Abukama River; and this rich, natural soft water is ideal for raising the materials we use in “precision noodles” that we sell. Our main offering is Chinese noodles (for use in shops), carefully chosen buckwheat flour used in Japanese soba, the handmade chewy feeling of real udon, and black rice blended in to make kuromai udon etc. We make everything with careful attention to detail.

We also sell by mail, and faraway patrons can obtain our products. Be sure to try our much boasted noodles, homemade braised pork etc. created from the heart.
