After training for a long time at a famous yakitori shop, the owner opened this shop in 2009.
The grilled chicken here is mouthwatering, because none of our meat has ever been frozen.
This applies not only to chicken; we are particular about all of our meat. For pork we use "Rokusan Plateau pork" the pork belly is so sweet that you just can't get enough.
There is a wide menu of skewered items, and you will want to try many kinds.
We also have many brands of locally brewed Aizu sake, and our staff will help you choose the ones that go best with your food. Besides this, we have wine for your enjoyment.
We offer not only yakitori, but single dishes of other things, and you will realize the care the owner takes in preparation for your dining.
