We use Shirakawa’s #1 certified brand “Shirakawa Plateau Seiryu Pork”. Safe, healthful, and delicious; all three qualities in this pork make a really wonderful flavor, and sweet rosy meat leaves an aftertaste that is refreshing and not oily. It is mixed together with our secret sauce, and when you eat, the meat juices come out in your mouth.
