"Tasaburo Rice" we are connected with a particular farmer to get our own brand of rice.
"Hand forming method" rice freshly cooked in an old-style steel kettle is carefully hand molded with salt.
"Mojio" a salt-making professional, working diligently and skillfully, produces this for us on Awaji Island, developing this concentrate from components of seaweed and seawater. The salt contains the delicious delicate hint of seaweed.
"Nori (laver)" fragrant roasted seaweed from inside the Seto area.
"What we put into it" our plums are Kokusan Nankobai. We get our cod and salmon directly from Hokkaido. Besides these we get other ingredients from all over the country.
"Deli" we offer homemade seasonal dishes.
"ECO" We are adamant about not putting out a lot of plastic waste.
