We are a part of revitalizing the town (the hunting place "Kijinosato Yabuki" was established). We serve pheasant from our original menu.
"Kiji Seiro soba" has a soup made from pheasant bone filled with robust noodles to eat.
Moreover, Okijisama (pheasant sake) from to Kijinabe (pheasant stew) course, to pheasant sashimi, pheasant stewed with rice, all very highly nutritious, low in calories and so healthful for the body.
