You can eat Shirakawa ramen just outside the Kogen Exit of Shin-Shirakawa Station.
Inside we are filled with regular customers letting out sighs of pleasure.
In our fragrant chicken-soy sauce soup we put a ramen called “Masamune Shoyu Ramen”, with naruto (spiral striped slices of fish cake), spinach, braised pork, seaweed, boiled bamboo shoots splendidly laid on top.
Soy sauce’s good point is that it makes a great soup, and smoked braised pork will further whet the appetite.
Noodles are homemade and wavy.
The unique sized noodles always give a fresh feeling
Furthermore, every day we serve a limit of 10 orders of “Gokubuto-men (very thick noodles)”.
Our usual orders are about 5 millimeters thick, looking rather like udon.
Certainly give us a visit!
