This Japanese garden based on the gardening philosophy of Matsudaira Sadanobu was created as a facility that is the embodiment of Japanese culture.
In the park there is also a tea house, "Matsuraku-tei" where you can enjoy green tea and fresh cake in a traditional home-style tea house, "Shoraku tei" and teahouse "Shushian"
Enjoy a relaxing time as you look out at the lovely garden.
At "Shorakutei" you can be served green tea with the popular fresh cake-of-the-month, and we'd like you to try them sometime.
