Well-established since our opening in 1963, we celebrated out 50th anniversary in 2013.
Since opening, our different ramen set meals have been so well-liked, and it has always been important to us to keep the traditional taste. Customers are delighted to eat here because of the eight choices of set meals. The flavor is great and you get a lot. They come with rice, miso soup, another small dish, savory egg custard, and pickles. The set meals・especially appetizing point is the rice, locally grown right here in Nakajima where, all year long, the cool conditions make it easy to control the quality, so that people from outside the prefecture think it is "ambrosial"
Noodles are much liked, but also popular is the specially blended miso with flavor enhanced by heaps of vegetables in our tanmen-style "Miso ramen"
You can also get a mini-sized set of fried rice or curry for your dining pleasure.
