Soup wonderfully suited to perfectly al dente, wavy noodles: that's Shirakawa ramen! This is the epitome of ramen.
The soup gets a bit of a sour and chili oil sense from the miso, but the simple taste makes it easy to gulp down.
The inside seating is all counters, and seven or eight people will fill us up.
Showaken's miso flavor is the best, and one you'll surely want to taste.
