Homemade wontons glide down the throat smoothly, and the noodles that we make by hand every day, not ahead of time and stored, are superb. The chicken and pork bone stock is rather robust, and makes a good harmony with the soy sauce base. Handmade wontons are smooth and delicious.
Handmade wontons, made with skin stretched thin you can almost see through it, are somewhat of a rarity in Shirakawa, but here you can enjoy a plentiful serving.
We have lots of regular customers. Because local people love our shop, and three generations of children with their parents patronize us, there are quite a few visitors from this area.
Wavy, broad handmade noodles are tender, chewy, and smooth, and feel good going down.
