By all means, If you want food, try our pork tenderloin tanmen: "Niku Soba (meat soba)" (750 yen).
Our noodles are medium sized and straight, soft and chewy.
Our broth is a chicken bone soy sauce base, a little spicy but so tasty.
This is so good! The salty flavor is great!
There are plenty of bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and thin slices of meat.
