We make a thick, cloudy, and salty soup for "Oshu Shirakawa Daruma Ramen" and "Oichinoku Ramen"
We have a lot of special pot-stickers, diverse sorts of splendid ramen, and hearty set meals.
All of our noodles are homemade! We have a history of 60 years. We are very particular about how we make the noodles, and since our first generation in 1953, we have carried on the way we make our noodles.
