For 70 years we have been a well-established ramen shop. Our place used to be in Yabuki, but now we have opened in Shirakawa City.
"Shirakawaya" is our name, but our Shirakawa ramen is just a tad different.
We are proud that our chashu ramen with hand-rolled noodles, a soup passed from generation to generation, and homemade braised pork heaped on top, has been a favorite here forever. Simple ramen is popular, naturally. You will drink the entire bowl of soup, and still want more, and feel strongly impressed at our well-known store.
