We inherited our taste from the Edo period.
Over time, there have been some changes, but in our shop we pursue the original chewy buckwheat flavor as well as wonderful smoothness going down.
We use buckwheat flour from Fukushima Prefecture, Konan Town, which we mix with other flours 10:1 and knead with all of our heart.
We are happy that we can help everyone have a more healthy life with this wonderfully nutritious soba.

We also have various banquet plans for two to 20 people. The cost is from 2,500 yen (for an additional 1,000 yen there is an all-you-can-drink in two hours plan.)
