Along Route 4 there is a handmade soba shop crowded with businessmen, truck drivers, and many other folks at lunchtime.
This shop is called "Soba Dokoro" but we serve other things besides noodles.
We have ramen, hiyashichuka-chilled Chinese noodles-(in summer), udon, nabeyaki udon-noodles served in broth- (winter only), tempura boxes and more.
All noodles are made by hand right here.
We were introduced in the shopping and information magazine, Koriyama Joho Bessatsu's, "Delicious Soba shop Tour"
