This shop was opened 60 years ago and the shopkeeper is the second generation to operate it.
The predecessor's flavoring, chicken-bone soup stock, and an old time flavor make a Chinese soba's simple flavor that is perfect for folks with simpler tastes. Rice dishes include pork cutlet on rice, and handmade dumplings seem to be real crowd-pleasers.
We are particular about using the name Chuka-soba for ramen, because from simple soup, this is the style we offer, that痴 all.
