The owner's rule of operation is to do everything to make the customer smile, and make the noodles, soup, sauce, braised pork, and chili oil all by hand.
The owner understands the basics, of course, but has developed the special taste of this shop by himself, and continues to study and research every day.
We use absolutely no additives, obtain our vegetables directly from the farmers, use eggs from black chickens, and are meticulous about the safety of our food.
Lastly, we have toys for kids to play with, and hope families will come here often to eat with complete peace of mind.
