The specialty of our shop is "Shiroi (white) tanmen" The cloudy soup is simple but robust, almost like a stew, and you will drain it to the last drop. Our curly noodles are especially made to have a distinctive texture pleasing to the throat. Besides this we have "Red miso ramen" which contains rather spicy miso to make it hot. We have these two sets. You will really want to taste them.
Our special ramen has a reputation for being so full-bodied.
