We make our tofu from domestic soybeans and stick to a soft texture.
We make it daily one batch at a time.
Our beans are 100% from the south of the prefecture, and our yosedofu has a feel of pudding, making it well-liked by everyone from children to seniors.
In addition, the yosedofu on top of raw vegetables, warm vegetables or salad, with dressing will make them even more tasty.
Moreover, our donuts contain heaps of dietary fiber and oligo sugar without having a soybean smell, but with an enjoyable fluffiness.
Soy lees and soy milk we make are tasty, inexpensive and healthful.
Reheated in a microwave or oven will increase the flavor even more!
