In 1997, after training for 13 years in tempura at "Ginza Tenichi" and four years at "Tsukiji Sarashina No Sato" our owner opened "Sarashina No Sato" in castle town Tanagura.
Using primarily sesame oil to fry the crisp tempura and stone ground buckwheat flour to make authentic handmade soba noodles gives our store something to feel proud of.
Nearby are the "Renaissance Tanagura" and golf course "Tanagura Inaka Club" and other leisure facilities for your use. If you are about two hours out of Tokyo in Tanagura, please make it a point to stop in.
