For 75 years since we opened, we have been a well-established "Shirakawa soba" shop.
We only use local Shirakawa materials. Every day we prepare homemade stone-ground buckwheat flour.
The image of the old Shirakawa gate presents an antique impression, and the pounded soil entrance and an open hearth give our large area shop the relaxed ambience of a private home.
With this laid back feeling, you can certainly enjoy your food.
Scrupulously chosen Shirakawa products, stone grinding, and handmade noodles let you really taste "Shirakawa"
At night we are an adult-feeling tavern with the Oshu old time Shirakawa feeling.
We have many kinds of sake from all over.
