“Sobabijin is near Bobata Hot Spring in Ishikawa Town.
We get our soba from Aizu-Wakamatsu, Bangei-machi, and draw out all of the flavor. Delicious soba is clear and chewy and slides smoothly down the gullet.
There is a nostalgic atmosphere inside the shop, quiet and relaxing, just as the owner desires.
From a window you can view the scenery: pines, cherry trees, maples, azaleas, the whispering of an abundance of foliage in rustic beauty, and in a Japanese garden, a 10 meter waterfall flows into a pond, making a refreshing cool sound.
After eating soba, we suggest you enter the hot spring bath and remove the stress of the day! If you have time, why not stop by a nearby hot spring?
