Founded in Taisho 10 (1921), this koji shop has been in operation for around 90 years.
Paying careful attention to the temperature changes of the different seasons, we slowly over time build up the strength of our koji products. We never forget nature and are always grateful when we make organic products. This is the source of inspiration in our aim to make healthful products.
Among these, our secret miso has been chosen as an authentic Fukushima Prefecture brand and has become a major food item.
