Shukatei was originally opened in 1988, but as a result of the earthquake we have currently have opened a temporary shop. In 2013 we plan to return to our original shop in Onigoe
Medium-thick flat and curly homemade noodles, rolled out by hand, are allowed to rest a while to give them a springy texture and great feeling going down the gullet. Mixed with the simple chicken stock soup, these are incredibly tasty.
In addition, we use homemade hot miso in “Karashi ramen” for 600 yen, and “Karashi Miso Tanmen” for 700 yen; we strongly recommend these.
