We sell authentic dried soba here, only 3 minutes on foot from Shirakawa Station.
One of the great things about "Shirakawa Soba" is that we use no food additives or preservatives (such as those to stop mold). The climate in Shirakawa is conducive to producing the best dried buckwheat noodles.
